Order Processing / Shipping
1. This is my first time shopping with you, how can I be sure you received my order?
If you are a first time customer, thank you for shopping with us! After your order is placed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email that contains your order number, this is how we track all orders.
2. When should I expect to receive my order?
Our normal order processing takes 5 - 7 business days to package & ship your items (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS). When your items have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a direct tracking link for your package.
Due to our multiple sale events held throughout the year, order processing during a sale event averages 10 - 14 business days. While we try everything humanly possible to keep our shipping times to a minimum, sale events and major holidays bring an influx of orders that we process in the order they are received.
3. How do I track my order?
After you place an order with us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email that contains your order number. Here is how you may track your order:
a. Check your email spam folder (sometimes our confirmation emails end up there)
c. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and request an order update (be sure to include your order number in the message)
4. Why did I receive multiple shipping emails?
Items of different classifications will always be shipped out separately. For example, some bundle boxes will not ship with singular items from our collection.
